From Office365, you can access Outlook Email, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Applications.  You can also download a full copy of Microsoft Office to your computer.  Click on 'Install Office' when you have logged in.

When logging into Office 365, use your Academy Email Address and Academy Password.

Your Email Address will be your Academy Username with '@student.rrma.org.uk' on the end.

Example:    mary.smith@student.rrma.org.uk

(If you have a number on the end of your username, don't forget to include that)

You can install a full copy of Microsoft Office on your home computer.  You can also install Apps for Word, Excel and Powerpoint on your mobile phone.  You license these products by signing into them with your school email address and password (the same ones you used to log into Office 365 and SMHW).

To install Office on your computer, log into Office 365, click the 'Install office' button top-right and then select 'Premium Office Apps'  (See below image)

Then follow the instructions to download and install office.  If you are asked to sign into Office when you run one of the apps such as word, use your school email address and password (the same ones you used to log into Office 365 and SMHW).
