In 2016, Morton Academy students celebrated receiving their best ever GCSE results, consolidating and improving on the previous year.

The results saw 51% of students gaining at least five A*-C grades including English and Maths, an improvement on last year’s breakthrough success. There was also a significant rise in the percentage of A*/A grades as well as vast improvements in numerous subject areas. The achievement of disadvantaged pupils also improved dramatically.

We have very high expectations for Morton Academy over the next few years and these results consolidated the progress to date.
