www.Youngminds.org.uk - Young minds is an online resource for young people and those helping young people with mental health to get information. The website has online resources and information you can use. There is also helplines and numbers you can use to talk to trained councillors.
www.mind.org.uk - Mind is a charity based around mental health for all ages. Mind focuses on delivering information on mental health illnesses and how to access help.
www.themix.org.uk - The mix provides essential information for under 25s Not just surrounding mental health, information on drugs, alcohol, relationships, study, finance, housing, safety. There are a range of links to other support networks, blogs and articles surrounding problems you may be facing, and discussion boards.
www.kooth.com - Kooth is an online counselling service along with online resources for mental health. Kooth has a range of activities, discussion boards and articles based around youth mental health. You can speak on message boards confidentially with other people your age about mental health issues, as well as other issues which may be affecting you. There is also an online and phone counselling service available, completely confidential.
