As Morton Academy are one of only 100 schools taking part in the ‘All Schools Rugby Programme’ this year, the Academy have been lucky enough to receive an invitation to the game.
Therefore, following his outstanding efforts both in PE lessons and in extra-curricular activities, Luke Dawson (Year 7) was invited to attend the match and officially unveil the school’s new rugby shirt ahead of kick-off at 15.00. Not only did Luke unveil the new school rugby shirt custom-made by Canterbury; he was 1 of 100 students from around the country displaying a giant shirt in front of 82,000 spectators!
Well done to designers: Daniel Stewart, Alex Dodds, Daniel McTaggart and Flynn Thompson. #madeinmorton
