180 places are available in each Year 7 group and we have a planned sixth for provision for up to 250 Students

Cumbria County Council administers admissions for students from 11-16 years of age in the same way as for other local schools. Information and application forms will be made available through primary schools in September for completion and submission in October. Those offered places will be notified in the following March.

Although applications can be made for students wherever they live, priority for places will be in line with standard Local Authority criteria in the following order: students in public care, siblings and geography. Students living within the school's DGA ('designated geographical area') will receive priority for places over those outside when geography is being considered.
